Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

An authentic Italian carbonara!



  1. Combine and cook oil, garlic, bacon until crunchy
  2. Start cooking pasta according to packet directions (add salt to water)
  3. Whisk eggs and season with salt/pepper
  4. Drain pasta with a small amount of water remaining and mix with bacon/garlic sauce
  5. Add the egg after heat has been turned off and mix (egg should be added after heat has been turned off to prevent scrambling)
  6. Season with pepper & add parmesan cheese
